Overview
Lëng-doyê Bî was founded durring the early 10th century, by Bé̄s Vúoīó̄ 'Demi Boo' Coī Mēnḱ Béō̄nv Fyesmtco Trêbmtco. The establishment of Lëng-doyê Bî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Bé̄s Vúoīó̄ 'Demi Boo' Coī Mēnḱ Béō̄nv Fyesmtco Trêbmtco electing to pay people to resettle in Lëng-doyê Bî.
Lëng-doyê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lëng-doyê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Lëng-doyê Bî is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt worn bedrock streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Lëng-doyê Bî's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Lëng-doyê Bî's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Right off the bat Lëng-doyê Bî hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

History
Lëng-doyê Bî's residents established a new industry (15323 % 6)+1 years ago, and it’s making them a great deal of profit. Old patterns of authority and wealth are being disrupted, and the old gentry are unlikely to be pleased about it. They may be trying to take over the industry, or they may have been the ones to enable it in the first place and are using it to crush the life out of any rival power bases. Outsiders might be playing a major role as well, and it could be they plot to siphon off the profits.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of solved a major long term problem plaguing the town. The recitation of the hero's story remains a popular tavern and fair tale.
